We wish to advise you that a Memorandum of Agreement has been concluded between the Carpenters Employer Bargaining Agency and the Carpenters District Council of Ontario establishing a "no-strike, no-lockout" protocol surrounding the conduct of ICI Collective Bargaining for the period May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2013.
