Further to our prior correspondence regarding the Memorandum of Agreement (“no –strike no-lock-out protocol”) between the Carpenters Employer Bargaining Agency (EBA) and the Carpenters District Council of Ontario (CDC), we wish to advise you that Local Schedule Negotiations (excluding monetary discussions) between the General Contractors’ Section-TCA and Carpenters Local 27 were completed by January 15th, 2010 as required. There are no outstanding local schedule disputes for OLRB areas 8 & 18 that require binding arbitration.
