Today, the General Contractors’ Section represents approximately 1000 employers bound by one or more of six collective agreements covering the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (I.C.I.) sector and who operate primarily within the Toronto and Barrie areas.

The Section participates in six provincial employer bargaining agencies negotiating their collective agreements every third year and administers the collective agreements including health benefits, pensions, apprenticeship and training during their currency.
